CO-FOUNDER • JARS / BLOG EDITOR • OPENING CEREMONY
As a blog editor at Opening Ceremony and one of the founders of JARS NYC, Chloe Dewberry is an inspiration to freelancers everywhere. She has found a niche as a creator and curator in a city where art, culture and lifestyle are listed somewhere on everyone's résumé. When I met Chloe, her patch-covered jeans and bleach-blonde curls proved to be a natural intro to her upbeat, free-spirited vibe. After shooting at her apartment, our plan was to head north to Beacon's Closet in Greenpoint and hit her other spots along the way. Making BWOB history, Chloe grabbed a bag of clothes to sell when we got there, a subtle indication of her ability to make her time as productive as possible. Luckily for us, being productive also included grabbing trays of fried chicken and checking out one of the only true dive bars left on Bedford.

TAKE A GIRLFRIEND: WHITE CASTLE
Hmm…that's a toughie. I used to end my nights out with my girls at the White Castle on Metropolitan, but since it closed we're still looking for the perfect spot to end a night out. RIP WHITE CASTLE <3

SHOP: BEACON'S CLOSET
Beacon's Closet in Greenpoint. Say what you want about the place, but I find the best hidden gems there. Where else can you get a Kappa jacket and vintage Moschino jeans for the combined price of next to nothing?
74 Guernsey St., BKLYN
EAT: FRIED CHICKEN SPOTS
Honestly, grabbing chicken fingers and fries from the closest fried chicken spot works best for me. Crown Fried Chicken especially. They're totally underrated and the chicken is *usually* on point.

TAKE A GUY FRIEND: ROSEMARY'S GREENPOINT TAVERN
Rosemary's Greenpoint Tavern or Turkey's Nest in Williamsburg. I'm a sucker for alcoholic drinks served in 32 oz. styrofoam cups and these two spots have that on lock. You chug a 32 oz. cup of Bud at Rosemary's and then head over to Turkey's Nest and finish it off with a 32 oz. *VERY STRONG* margarita from Turkey's Nest. The best part? You can bring your drink over to McCarren Park and drink in the grass.

THINK: AC TRAIN
On the AC train when I'm riding home from work. The A or C train can sometimes be a bit of a shit show during the early morning or after work commutes, but as long as I have my iPod or an engrossing book on me, I'm good with my 40 minutes of thinking time.
GUILTY PLEASURE TOURIST ATTRACTION: WILLIAMSBURG BRIDGE
Walking over the Williamsburg Bridge. I know, it's so corny, but you get the best view of both the city AND Brooklyn. The good AND bad graffiti is an added bonus.
Bedford Ave. and South 5th St., BKLYN
