Real Talk

FOR THE ORIGINAL BYWAYOFBROOKLYN.COM, WE WERE SPENDING HOURS CREATING EACH FEATURE: ASSIGNING, PHOTOGRAPHING, INTERVIEWING, EDITING, DESIGNING.

A COMPLICATED PROCESS.

SO IT OCCURRED TO US: LET'S MAKE A MAGAZINE, #BWOB001, TO PUT ALL THAT CONTENT IN THE PLACE IT BELONGS.

AND NOW, WITH OUR NEW SITE, WE'RE PUTTING FUNCTION FIRST.

WE'RE INTRODUCING YOU TO OUR GO-TO PEOPLE, AND HAVING THEM POINT OUT THEIR GO-TO SPOTS.

THINK OF IT AS THE FRIEND YOU WOULD TEXT WHEN YOU’RE IN NEED OF A RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATION, THE PERFECT CUP OF COFFEE, THE IDEAL PLACE TO THINK OR THE TOURIST ATTRACTION THAT WILL NEVER GET OLD, NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU’VE BEEN IN BROOKLYN.

SIMPLE.

PS: THE ARCHIVED STORIES ARE STILL LINKED IN EACH WOMAN'S STORY FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS THOSe LONG FORM Q & A'S.

PPS: YOU CAN BUY OUR FIRST ISSUE HERE.
